I had to try them as soon as they arrived. Had my cast iron fryer in the oven at 400* and had no problems removing the cast iron from oven to stove. Good protection. Good no slip grip. Great heat protection.I will buy more for Christmas gifts in future

These are absolutely the finest heat resistant gloves that I have ever seen. I used them to carry a 400 degree roasting pan out of the oven and upstairs maybe 25 feet. I felt nothing. And i have extremely heat sensitive hands due to a stroke. They are as flexible as modern tactical gloves.

Best solution for handling artisan breads which are cooked about 125° higher than cakes or white bread (temps range from 450-500°F). These protect the hands, and the fingers are a better gripper of pan edges and handles than a mitten is. Good quality, and I feel the protection when working in 450-500°F ovens.
