Wow this is really great. You can see results within a week. However it will make a mess of your sink. I used it everyday for the first week and after that only on weekends when I have time to clean my sink after usage. Also the particles are really fine so flossing is an absolute must. Absolutely no compromises there.

I’ve only had this thing for two days now and my teeth are noticeably whiter. But this stuff gets everywhere, no matter how careful you are. I recommend brushing in the shower, and then brushing your teeth with normal toothpaste after to get any residual charcoal out from your teeth.

Tip: Definitely use with a super soft brush and also having a water flosser helps as sometimes the little particle can get stuck in between the gum and the teeth.
