The Flawless Fitness hand grip is sturdy, lightweight, and very ergonomic. It also arrived well-lubricated and felt very smooth upon use. Changing between the 4 resistance settings is simple and made easy by the notches on the side of the grip.

I like this product. It is easy to adjust the resistance if you follow the instructions. One thing that impressed me the most about this product is the lack of a sharp, irritating molding ridge running down the center of the grips. The grips on mine are smooth and comfortable.

When I ordered this product I wanted to exercise my forearm. This is exactly what I got. Firstly, the colors between the picture and product are actually switched. It has different levels of strength so adjust accordingly. The first level is 22 lbs, second is 37 lbs, the third 55 and the fourth is 70 lbs. I have only used the first two but I have noticed an increase in strength after a while. At first, it put work into my fingers. I did not know my fingers were that weak! But after a while, you’ll notice it on the grip and forearms. It’s just what I wanted. Highly recommend it! Also, the size was just right.

Your grip strengthener definitely stands out from the competition. Other models where the spring isn’t supported, tend to snap within 30 days of use. First impression of yours, very good feel. Directions were a little confusing so not “Easily Adjustable”, but after reading the directions a second time, I was able to understand the adjusting.

I wanted to be able to impress my lady and increase my volume of jars opened around the house, so I purchased this Hand Grip Strengthener- Now those jars don’t have a chance and neither does my girl after she sees me twist and pop open jars for her left and right.
(Seriously though- bought this to help my grip and forearms lifting heavier weight and more difficult lifts in the gym. So far, it has helped a lot. I recommend it. Not to mention the jars)

When I first received this product, it was slightly confusing to use. Changing the resistance settings without reading the instructions did make it a little confusing, but the instructions are crystal clear. And it is quite easy to change the resistance settings. The product is very nicely designed. In the photo I posted above you can see another hand gripper I have. This is the one I’ve been using for around 6-7 years and its very nicely designed. It design also makes it easy to grip it comfortably. When I received the Flawless Fitness Hand Grip Strengthener, I had difficult gripping it comfortably at higher resistance settings, and my hand would often slip out. I would think that this is a design flaw but than I noticed my hand would not slip off at lower resistance settings. It’s likely that this is due to the my forearms not strong enough to handle the higher resistance.
