My pen arrived in good condition. The description of the product was accurate. The product is good in touching up minor scratches and easy to use. It leaves a clear coating on the car surface. It dries really fast under direct sunlight. I don’t recommend using it on rock chips on its own because rock chips are deeper than normal scratches, but I find it useful in preventing the damage caused by rock chips from getting bigger.
